Find out if HV support is enabled in ESX 3.5
Login to your Service Console and type
for Intel processors
esxcfg-info -w | grep VT
for AMD processors
esxcfg-info -w | grep HV
If you see..
|—-VT Support…………………………………………3
Then you have support
